it was one year ago today

That mama's water broke. Around midnight, I awoke to discover my water had broken. Around 11am, mama and papa were at the hospital waiting for you. Waiting and waiting and waiting. But the waiting was ok. I had already waited many years for you, so I could handle a few more hours. I remember how I just couldn't wait to meet lovely you. I love you Lyla:)
