Bedtime brings fun rituals to our evening. We begin with your bath, brush our teeth, read our books while rocking together, and good night songs. Tonight, for the first time, you requested a song. I was finished singing and ready for hugs and kisses goodnight when you requested, "sunshine." So, we sang one more song together before bed. You are my sunshine, Lyla, and you bring me so much joy.
